Due to a change at the state level, board meeting agendas must now be posted online prior to the board meeting. Additionally, members of the public who wish to speak at board meetings must now register online.

This field requires individuals who wish to speak at board meetings to specify which item on the monthly agenda they wish to comment on. Prior to the state's change, individuals could speak on a topic of their choice; now, however, they may only speak about items on the monthly agenda.
