Jennifer Humrichous
President
Ms. Humrichous is the secretary of the School Board. Ms. Humrichous is serving her first term--a term that began in 2021 and will end in 2024.
She serves on the school board because she believes that God wants her to be a voice for the people and students in our school and community who need to be heard. She cares about academic excellence and moral strength, and she is excited to see Tipton Community Schools have a reputation of growth and high performance in every area we offer.Represents: City of Tipton

Rob Cochrane
Vice President
Robert “Rob” Cochrane II joined the TCSC School Board representing Cicero
Township in January 2023. Cochrane believes in the power of a strong school district
and strong community. He believes when the two work in sync for each and every
citizen, Tipton is at its best.Cochrane, a resident of Tipton County for nine years, brings an education in Business
Administration from Taylor University, an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, and
35 years as a Data Scientist/Analyst. This background brings a deep analytical focus
to the board table. He has executive level experience with creating, articulating, and
managing companies and budgets large and small. In addition, he has experience in
Private Equity backed ventures, NASDAQ traded entities, and privately held multi-
generational companies. He takes the approach of always being prepared to use
educated, honest, and thoughtful judgment based on the data and demonstrable facts
as part of his decision making process.As a school board member, Cochrane’s focus is making the type of thoughtful
decisions focused on what is best for ALL students now and in the future. He believes
strong student outcomes and preparation for success after graduation is best
achieved by giving ALL children the opportunity to excel inside and outside the
classroom.Cochrane is a member of the Tipton Community Theatre Board and Boys and Girls
Club of Tipton County, where he is currently the club’s chairman. Rob and his wife,
Kelly, have three children, Rob (THS ‘19), Austin (THS ‘20), and Brooke, a current
Sophomore at Tipton High School. -
Andrea Campbell
Board Secretary
Ms. Campbell is currently serving her first term on the TCSC Board of Trustees--a term that began on January 1, 2021 and will finish on December 31, 2024.
She has three children who attend school at TCSC, and one who will attend--so she wants to be part of the decisions being made for her children’s education. She wants parents to be confident that their children are receiving the best educational experience possible. By working with other board members, she feels they can, as a team, make TCSC the best it can be in preparing our youth to become productive members of a community.

Amber Rodibaugh
Board Member
Ms. Rodibaugh is a School Board member.
Ms. Rodibaugh’s current term, which is her first term, began January 1, 2021 and will end December 31, 2024.
An exceptional school system is the anchor of an exceptional community. As a Board member, Ms. Rodibaugh is committed to ensuring our school serves each of our students excellently.

Susan Sloan
Board Member
Ms. Sloan is a School Board member.
This is Ms. Sloan’s first term on the board, a position that began in 2021. She will serve a four-year term, so her current term will end in December of 2024.
Ms. Sloan chose to serve on the TCSC Board of Trustees to be more involved in decision making that directly affects the TCSC students and community. She wants to help improve programs and curriculum where there is a crossover between the school and the community. Her goals also include helping improve the school's cultural image through positive reinforcement from the community and local businesses/organizations.

Jason Springer
Board Member
Jason Springer has served as a member of the Tipton Community School Board of Trustees
representing the City of Tipton since January 2023. He feels fortunate to have been elected to
the seat and the opportunity to help make TCSC better than when he started. His vision is to
help make sure every student is given opportunities to grow and be successful in their future
endeavors.Jason has been a member of the community for nearly 25 years, attended college, served in the
United States Air Force, and works as the Operations Supervisor for Duke Energy, one of
biggest utilities in the United States. He brings with him strong management, business, and
leadership skills to his role. He believes being focused, deliberate, and concise in all decision
making by the School Board will net the best overall outcome in achievement and post-
graduation success.He is proud of the proactive role the district is taking on safety education, preparation, and
protocols including having a School Resource Officer on site. This has helped create a strong
culture of safety where students and teachers can learn and teach best. During his tenure, he
hopes to grow TCSC into one of the top tier Pre-K-12 educational systems in the state that
attracts and retains both students and high quality educators and staff.Jason has three children, two who are enrolled at TCSC and one who is a Tipton High School
graduate. -
Eric Underwood
Board Member
Eric Underwood joined the TCSC School Board representing the City of Tipton in
January 2023. Underwood’s diverse set of skills, experiences, and knowledge in
education and the private sector has made him an asset on the Tipton School Board.A member of the Tipton community since 2021, Underwood is a former Indiana public
school teacher. He also brings over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing to his
role. His deep understanding of the public education system in Indiana, firsthand
involvement in the teacher contract negotiation process and impact of marketing helps
keep a spotlight on what is special about the district and community. His depth of hands-
on classroom experience during his tenure as a teacher provides a unique perspective
on decisions that impact students and staff.
Underwood said the board is aligned in its vision of wanting to create the best
educational experience possible for the students and teachers while not increasing the
financial burden on taxpayers.Eric is married to Lesa, and they have three adult children, Jackson, Carter, and Betsy.
