Our buildings are equipped with environmental sensors that alert designated staff members to the presence of environmental conditions indicative of vaping, smoking, marijuana, and other activities. Humidity, temperature, motion, and noise are monitored by these sensors as well. PM (particulate matter) and TVOC (total volatile organic compounds) are measured.
When a sensor is triggered, an email alert is auto-generated and sent to administrators and any other designated personnel. This allows the appropriate staff to act quickly in the case of an infraction.
