TCSC schedules regular professional development for our staff, including professional learning communities, faculty meetings that provide professional learning opportunities focused on school improvement goals, as well as partnering with outside entities to provide additional training specific to teacher needs. Select TCSC staff attend the Indiana Association for Gifted Children’s annual conference and bring back valuable resources to share with other staff.

TCSC is also developing our public website to provide more information for our families and community regarding all aspects of our academics, including our high ability program policies and procedures. This is being done in an effort to educate our school community on what it means to be serviced as a high ability student at TCSC.
